Shipping

Australian orders

Shipping is complimentary for all orders over $75.00 (AUD) inside Australia. 

Standard shipping applies. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $11.00 (AUD) 

to anywhere in Australia for orders under this amount.

Shipping is calculated when you proceed through the checkout.

All orders are securely packaged and packed using environmentally friendly 

and/or recyclable materials. 

If order is received by 3pm it will be packed and sent from Daylesford within 

3-4  days. Orders are sent via Australia Post, Lily loves Pearl delivery driver or courier.

Standard shipping can take from 1-5 days. If delays occur customer will be emailed.

International orders

International shipping is charged at the following flat rates:

New Zealand $20.00

America $35.00

Asia $30.00

UK $40.00

Europe $45.00

Shipping will be automatically is calculated at checkout. Lily loves Pearl is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions, please check with your local customs office to view local guidelines on the importation of goods. 

It is the buyers responsibility to make payments where fees are incurred. Please allow 4-30 working days for delivery.
